Key Responsibilities as an Toolroom Technician

  • Operate both manual and CNC machines to produce and maintain complete tooling kits.
  • Work with high-precision metal components to meet stringent quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and checks on all tooling equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of work processes and results.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine tooling designs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and machine operations.
  • Operate Toolroom measuring equipment

Candidate Requirements as an Toolroom Technician

  • Proven experience as a Toolmaker with both manual and CNC machines.
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and maintaining complete tooling kits.
  • Strong understanding of high-precision machining processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
