This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking Security Firm which is in the top 1% of their market. This role is to service our mobile client needs including building patrolling and alarm response. This will include playing a part in ensuring the efficient running of our mobile patrol beats and completing administration activities and technical applications to help reach the companies objectives and targets.
Candidate background needed Full UK Driving License
- Good level of physical fitness
- Clear and concise communication at all levels
- Understanding of risk management and health & safety polices and approaches.
- Experience of operating in a regulated and quality-based industry
- Highly organised with effective prioritisation
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work without significant levels of guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Completing scheduled external mobile patrols.
- Completing scheduled client lock and unlock tasks.
- Ensuring all alarm activation requests are dealt with to completion.
- Liaising with mobile clients when requested to do so and service individual contract needs.
- Providing general out of hours’ support to mobile clients.
- Ensuring all reports, (VPI, inspections etc.) are completed correctly and submitted accordingly.
- Ensuring all supplier apps and portals are completed correctly.
- Ensuring keys are controlled and accounted for after each patrol/ alarm activation.
- Assisting with shortfalls in shift cover where appropriate.
