Our client is a leading engineering services provider supplying into hire trade, large corporates, independents and local councils. They need a Marketing Manager to lead a small team and really push the company forward with their campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the small marketing team (videographer & general marketer)
  • Oversee all e-shot and social media activities, with hands-on involvement
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, addressing market feedback and introducing new initiatives
  • Capture content on-site with sales reps
  • Ensure outgoing goods are branded correctly
  • Oversee printed materials, ensuring flyers are included in every parcel
  • Handle social media comments and interactions
  • Present on camera and possess basic photography/video skills
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
  • Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with staff (Manage exhibition setup and presentations)
  • Working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition.
  • Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
  • Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
  • Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.

Other

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • Holidays: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (x3 days will be reserved so all employees have the Christmas period off)
  • Pension: 5% employee matched with 3% employer
