This position is with an exciting multi-site operation organisation who are part of a FTSE100 parent group. This role supports a centralised HR team in delivering a fast-paced generalist service to their internal stakeholders across the region with excellent progression routes for ambitious candidates. This position would suit someone who is looking to thrive in a busy environment with plenty of exposure and development opportunities whilst having the support of established HR colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, etc.), provide guidance on policies and legislation, support investigations, hearings, and handle small-scale restructuring and change management to ensure positive experiences for colleagues.

Lead recruitment campaigns from role approval to candidate offers, draft contracts, send offer emails, and support new talent administration, ensuring the smooth integration of new hires.

Maintain and develop HR systems ensuring compliance with GDPR and providing timely group and compliance reports; support policy reviews and refreshes to ensure they remain compliant and user-friendly.

Oversee the monthly payroll process and pension contributions, collaborating with HR, finance, and group payroll teams to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met, as well as handling payroll-related employee communications.

Provide regular reporting and analysis via HR KPI dashboards (e.g., Power BI), driving data-based insights and decision-making to improve HR processes and tailor solutions to the business area’s specific needs.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a fast-paced internal-facing role within high-demand industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction, or utilities is beneficial.

Strong experience working within strict governance and compliance frameworks in a structured corporate environment, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification, with CIPD Level 5 or working towards it highly desirable; full UK driving licence, access to own transport, and willingness for ad-hoc regional travel for day trips (expenses covered).
