Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Growth to lead the business development efforts and drive the agency’s expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies within the experiential marketing industry. You will be a hands-on business development professional who is ready to get stuck in, collaborating across the agency to develop current clients and proactively bring in new business.


Strategic Business Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies aligned with the company’s
  • vision and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client’s portfolio across all Ideal Client Profiles.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic and ambitious growth targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client expectations.
  • Develop and execute proactive pitches to current and potential clients, working with the Client Services and Creative teams to develop winning ideas

Market Positioning and Brand Awareness:

  • Develop strategies to enhance the agency’s market positioning and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns showcasing the agency’s capabilities.
  • Take action on leads generated from marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry gaps, and areas for growth.
  • Analyse and interpret market data to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaboration with Creative Teams:

  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
  • Ensure the integration of creative and strategic solutions in pitches and client presentations.
  • Partnerships and Alliances:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that can contribute to the agency’s growth.
  • Collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance the agency’s visibility.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing business growth/development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team and across departments.
  • Work closely with other department heads to ensure cohesive and integrated business development efforts.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and manage budgets related to business growth initiatives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business growth and revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on growth metrics, opportunities, and challenges.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in business development, with a focus on experiential marketing or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business growth strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience of increasing agency revenue through new and existing client partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the experiential marketing landscape.


Start at 27 days holiday, plus bank holiday. Plus and extra day for each year working at company (capped 30)

Opportunity for additional days off between xmas and new year
