Schedule: – Monday – Friday
Seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot and maintain cutting-edge audiovisual equipment for major venues and live event spaces across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing professional AV systems on-site.
- Performing scheduled maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
- Providing technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
- Working on the installation of new systems and modifications.
- Collaborating with clients to offer tailored AV solutions.
- Keeping detailed records of work and generating reports for clients.
- Offering mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of professional AV, networking, and conferencing systems.
- Experience with Q-Sys, Dante, Crestron/Logitech Conferencing systems, Zoom, DMX, or PAVA systems.
- Ability to read site and circuit schematics.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with experience working in dynamic, on-site environments.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
