Schedule: – Monday – Friday

Seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot and maintain cutting-edge audiovisual equipment for major venues and live event spaces across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and repairing professional AV systems on-site.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
  • Providing technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
  • Working on the installation of new systems and modifications.
  • Collaborating with clients to offer tailored AV solutions.
  • Keeping detailed records of work and generating reports for clients.
  • Offering mentorship and leadership to junior team members.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of professional AV, networking, and conferencing systems.
  • Experience with Q-Sys, Dante, Crestron/Logitech Conferencing systems, Zoom, DMX, or PAVA systems.
  • Ability to read site and circuit schematics.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with experience working in dynamic, on-site environments.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
