The Executive Producer is responsible for managing the delivery of client experience projects and the experience part of integrated campaigns. You will work closely with the Business Development team to realise the client’s brief and concept. You will be responsible for delivering the concept in budget and on time in line with the brief provided by the BD team.

You will use innovative techniques, exciting suppliers and creativity to deliver incredible experiences across all Marble clients. Alongside delivery you will also be responsible for managing and growing

lower tier accounts. For your specific accounts you will be responsible for concept creation through to delivery.

As a Senior member of the Experience Delivery Team you will also be responsible for mentoring more junior members of the team, ensuring that they are developing within their roles and

delivering on projects.

Account Management

  • Take enquiries and translate client objectives into actionable briefs
  • Build out quotes and strategies that enable clients to meet their goals
  • Build relationships with clients, adding value to projects where possible
  • Work with clients to understand their overall objectives, ensuring that campaigns and projects are

aligned with their long term objectives

  • Develop clients with the aim to transform them to retainer / long term contracts
  • Build projects out for clients that aim to provide multiple services as part of an integrated agency

  • Have detailed understanding of each client’s expectations, the contacts and their objectives
  • Ensure systems are up to date with relevant client information
  • Ensure that client budgets are adhered to while delivering exceptional services
  • Network within the industry, building relationships with potential clients, partners and Contacts

Project Management

  • Attending site visit with the Business Development team if required
  • Liaise with BD team and Client to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team
  • Project manage the delivery of client projects in line with Marble standard operating procedures
  • Ensure project systems are up to date and in line with project timelines and milestone
  • Work with other Client Services Team to deliver projects, ensuring communication is effective and
  • Productive
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that deliverables are delivered within agreed parameters including

margin and overall budget

  • Manage suppliers and crew on site
  • Manage on site at events, managing the full delivery of the event on site – ensuring that schedules are

adhered to, suppliers are signed off, paperwork is complete etc

  • Liaise with client on changes, updating budgets and overall delivery plan as necessary
  • Manage more junior members of the team and freelancers to deliver aspects of the project
  • Act as Project Lead on client projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are working within set project

plans

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring that communication is consistent and professional
  • Ensure that experiences are created in line with Marble’s accreditations and values
  • Work with approved and new suppliers to ensure projects are delivered in line with Marble’s

standards

  • Work with clients to achieve their objectives, laying out clear KPIs and ROI

Reporting, Analysis & Finance

  • Analyse and report on your projects including financial performance and analysis on meeting client

expectations and objectives

  • Report against targets, analysing and presenting findings to manager
  • Feed into Client Services reports when required
  • Ensure client concepts are delivered in line with revenue and margin targets
  • Where possible, negotiate costs and prices with suppliers to reduce costs to Marble and improve

margins

Operating a flexible working environment with a combination of working from home
