Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Herefordshire and are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and dynamic team as a result of continued company growth.  

Customer Service Executive

Key candidate background needed:

• Previous experience in a customer facing, service or support role
• Strong IT literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Warm, friendly and approachable personality with a positive and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong phone etiquette skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task, prioritise and manage-time accordingly

Customer Service Executive

Position accountabilities

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Monitoring the sales email inbox
• Processing online orders from website
• Quoting customers who call in or email
• Printing orders/generating pick notes for the dispatch team
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Dealing with/resolving/escalating customer complaints
